I spent all my childhood summers in the Sicilian countryside. Today, I cherish returning here on a regular basis and sharing a passionate endeavour with my two sons.

From early morning harvests with friends to the pressing of the olives, I oversee all the production and take care of our family trees year-round.

Mathieu

What I love most about our product is witnessing the journey of our olives, grown in a remote corner of Sicily, as they make their way to tables in Switzerland.

I joined my first olive harvest in October 2024, where I loved capturing the beauty of the process through photography and enjoyed the thrill of driving the tractor!
